The third post I want to thank Adam for is one of the best photo posts I’ve seen this year, from April 25, entitled Scenes from a Race. Hot wet muscle-y men in leggings and speedos, outdoors, and unabashed about their bodies….Oh, nevermind.

It has taken a really long time to collect all of these images, scattered as they were, one here and one there, from blogs and swimming sites.

Not all swimmers shave for meets. In fact, it appears to be some kind of coolness for top swimmers to show up for meets these days with a three-day-old beard. I’ll post some more examples later.
