Not Just another NibbleBit Blog
michel-pierre has a lot of nice images of Filippo Magnini.
You never know what you’re going to find if you haven’t looked at a blog for awhile. Tottyland always has a few posts here and there featuring swimmers, but today I checked it out after noticing I hadn’t looked at their most recent 25 postings.
To my amazement, Tottyland has been a hotbed of swimmer images lately. Check this out… 33 images (not including the Marco Monaco images from the previous post). But wait! There’s more in the next post!

“Ready for what?” says Will Smith. “To Put on the Last Suit You’ll Ever Wear,” says Tommy Lee Jones, in Men in Black.
Well, here’s Canadian swimmer Marco Monaco putting on his Blue Seventy suit, in a video posted by the Toronto Star. Very instructive. Apparently, he prefers regular, traditional speedo-style suits. Hmmmmmm.
Update: I tried to post the original embed of the video, which is clearer, but it didn’t work properly in this constricted blog format, and then the vid embed was disabled. Ah well.
Let’s wrap up the evening with a post from Beauty and the Bum, which includes a couple of new shots of French swimmer Frederick Bousquet and his now famous gold Jaked (thanks, J.) full body suit from the Rome FINA games. Woof.
PS: The above linked story also includes a link to another Beauty and the Bum story that revealed a bit more of M. Bousquet than can be seen through a polyurethane swim skin. Follow the links there to yet another story you can find yourself that is even MORE revealing.
Here’s links to two other posts from A Cause des Garcons about the FINA games in Rome, just to save you the trouble of hunting and pecking through their post history: Diving in Rome and Ricky Berens…. Some sample photos follow.
I can’t think of another gay blog that has covered swimming lately with such thoroughness and with such beautiful photo galleries as A Cause des Garcons.
Today’s post about the FINA games in Rome is yet another example of the exceptional photo coverage they have devoted to this event. Please go check it out.
PS: Who is making those amazing gold suits the French team is also wearing?
I’ve got better than two dozen posts waiting in the wings, all of them shoutouts to other blogs with great swimming photos. This has been a busy period for speedo lovers in blog-land, clearly.
Kudos to OhLaLa Magazine, once again, for its excellent photo coverage of the FINA games in Rome. They have so many photos, you should just go there and see for yourself. I count six articles on OhLaLa since the games started: here, here, here, here and here, as well as their story about Ricky Berens mentioned in the previous post I did yesterday, and updated today, about him.
Here are some highlight pix from their postings. I may post some more of them later. LOTS to look at and admire. Especially this top photo of a Spanish team swimmer in a GOLD full-body suit. Oh-La-La!
Ricky Berens may have made the news this week with his wardrobe malfunction that everyone has posted about now, but the FINA games in Rome this month have generated a lot more blogging than any aquatic event since the Beijing Olympics a year ago.
Here’s the photos posted on Seb & Feed’s ParisianBoys blog. More about the right hand photo at top in the next posting.
